Comprehensive Care for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Pelvic Health

Our goal is to support you during your entire pregnancy and postpartum journey while addressing aspects of pelvic health and wellness. Many people are unaware that pelvic floor therapy exists and that going during and after pregnancy is recommended.

When it comes to pregnancy, there is a lot of misinformation out there. Individuals are often told "take it easy" or "don't lift too heavy". We take a fitness forward approach guiding you so you can be active and grow strong during pregnancy. We help you return to your sport and activities postpartum as well!

We work with all ages and abilities so whether you're seeking guidance on how to get started or have several years experience, we'll meet you where you're at.

We help you keep going and stay moving. We won't tell you to "just stop" doing what you love. We teach you to navigate injuries, aches, and pains with confidence.

Trigger Point Dry Needling and Recovery Sessions

We also offer trigger point dry needling and recovery sessions to help alleviate muscle tightness, soreness, and pain. Trigger point dry needling can be great to aid in healing and recovery. Our trigger point dry needling sessions incorporate other manual techniques as well.

With our recovery sessions, we perform a variety of techniques like massage, soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and more! Our recovery sessions help you keep the body feeling good. Invest in your health and book now!

The system is broken, so we're raising the standard of care for pregnancy & postpartum wellness.

We're doing physical therapy differently.

We understand how complicated and frustrating it can be dealing with the current healthcare system. We've been there ourselves which is why we started something better.

Humans are meant to move. The current medical model tells us we should "just stop and rest" when it comes to injuries, pain, and sometimes even pregnancy. We as physical therapists are the movement and exercise experts.

Let us help you stay active during your pregnancy. We guide you through every stage including birth and labor preparation. After birth, we're there before 6 weeks to help you start recovering.
